A shocking piece of news: RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, March 31 (UPI) -- A Saudi woman's alleged death at her father's hands has been cited by a Muslim cleric in his criticism of the Internet social networking site Facebook. The Saudi news site said the Riyadh woman was beaten and shot by her father after he discovered her engaging in an online conversation with a man on Facebook. "Facebook is a door to lust and young women and men are spending more on their mobile phones and the Internet than they are spending on food," he said.
This is but a taste of Saudi Arabia I am glad my memories of living in that place for a few years are almost gone.
