creativity & drugs

so guys what drug increases your creativity the most & why?

 

Personaly im most creative while sober. Marijuana tends to drive me down passages of my brain where things seem different or heightened. It will often lead me to think creativley and make me want to build things- arrange and organise stuff in cool positions etc. Psychedelic drugs also do this. My stoned drawings look exactly the same as sober ones lol.

 

Weed and speed.

For a writer, the combo is unparalleled.

Acid is great for dreaming up a new idea.

 

Speed makes me write. Acid, shroom and X make me want to discover my own body's fluent motion, I like to dance and do liquid styled motions. I dont like to do anything on weed by itself besides drink water. I get lazy on it =P.

 

LS and mesc. Planned and prepared for properly. Followed with nootropic drugs (for several weeks at least) to help recall and reintegrate what was learned from the journey.

I agree dextroamphetamine fascilitates the desire to write...but not necessarily creatively, often more rehashed unoriginality that may or may not be useful and meaningful.

MJ can get one into interesting thought spaces, and give fresh perspectives, but it is really hard to transfer those ideas into a physical manifestation.

An occasional NMDA antagonist can totally alter the way you associate, and change meaning of boundary...this may or may not be a good thing for creativity. If done too much damage is probable.

The above drugs have a more abrasive influence on creativity function. But sometimes all that is needed is a subtle shift in mood or brain chemistry, or environment to create--and sometimes some clomid

 

acid/shrooms/pot increase it, adderall helps me funnel it into random projects such as creating entire fake worlds

 

I find pot makes me creative, though I do agree it makes it harder to get that creativity out of your head, Lol. I did once finish writing a song I was working on while stoned and it just flowed right out. I seriously have to try that again. I usually stay in my room when I'm high since I live with my parents, but I'd sure love to play piano high more often.

 

Weed, acid/shrooms if I could focus. I can't use a pencil while rolling...seriously I can't manage to write anything legibly.

Pot is nice in that regard. Shrooms and acid can be too much for me to focus. Hard not to get swept away.

 

I haven't tried painting on anything but weed, and it makes me dumb. ... I paint and draw better sober.
