Is our existance really like Internet?!?

Plenty of computer pioneers admited openly that they got plenty of ideas through acid. I know exactly what they meant, because on one of my trips I got that picture and according to that picture I can see Internet and whole computer industry going towards that. First of all, computers, they would not be able to work without crystal - silicon. What is cristal, water under huge pressure and heat forms a crystal. What is our body, 80% or more its water.
I was on a pretty heavy trip then and I came up with that concept about us beeing only little strings of energy vibrating on different frequences, having holographic halucinations. Basicaly those halucinatins would be the picture of the world that we know, like the picture you see on your computer screen. We are all connected through those frequences to a central place, central knowledge, where every information that we need is instantly accessible to everyone who needs it in that particular moment. Thats why nobody knows everything, but we know everything we need to know in every possible moment. Every single entity is part of that network witch reminds on a huge creature witch change shapes. The look of that creature will be result of every little entity's frequences that is emiting, and similar frequnces together will form the wave, similar waves will form bigger waves, and the final "look" will be result of all the waves. Every entity has its identity (like the IP address on the Internet), and you can feel somebody's presence because of this identity. That identity doesn't have gender or age, just identity, his holographic ilussion of itself has a gender, age, characteristics......, but the entity in its core is unique, but part of the big creature. Beeing able to consiously maintain that connection, we develop different tehniques to learn to vibrate on different frequences and to be able to recognize those frequences what are they telling us, like encription in Internet. Those tehniques can be yoga, meditation, lsd.... anything that helps you recognizing that connection with everything. Look at that like installing drivers for our wireless card in order to be able to conect to Internet. Look at our body as a hardware that needs software witch enables it to run smootly. Sometimes because of constant upgrade you need to install updated driver in order to function, or you need to evolve, otherwise you stay alone as standalone computer witch stops beeing used in time. Doesn't this all reminds you of computer industry and Internet? No matter what picture we got on the screen, but if we properly input in search engine what we are looking for, we will find the information that we need. No matter how do we look, we will be on track if we know the right information. How do we know that information is correct? Same way like you belive something that you find on internet or not. You just need to belive that all you need to know you already know in that moment, and there is no need to fry our "procesors" to find out more, because we have only that much memory and we can not physicaly store that much information, but what is important is to know that we are always connected and that we can always "borrow" anything we need from the "knowledge base". And everybody is part of that knowledge base, that "little" that you know somebody else is borrowing from you and that little that he knows you can borrow from him. So we can only function as one big organism, no matter how tiny we actually are, but every little one is equally important, and if that one is missing, the big organism will not be the same. Every idea that you get, it is not only yours, it contains all "little" knowledge borrowed from different "databases".
What is happening with comunications, there are always "new" ways of transmiting and receiving more and more data over the existing links, or the links get upgraded so they can support "new" standards, so they can basicaly conduct more FREQUENCES at the same time through the media. Media was just few decades back only a cable, only something what we can touch, but look at it now, wireless, satelite, everything is full with exchanging data, comunication, it is all around us, we can not see it, but we KNOW its there. The ultimate goal is to build the network witch is one, where all the data does not need to travel between two points, it should be awailable intantly to everybody. Does that remind you of our spirtual awakening and trying to include as much as we can in to oneness, where everybody instantly have all the data, aren't we trying to have as little as possible standalone units.

I would say that it's safer to ask the question like this "Is the internet really like our existance?" But that's just me :tongue:
My reason for saying that is because the microcosm is a reflection of the macrocosm, considering that we came from that, and not that came from we. The internet reminds me of the web of universal consciousness that surrounds us, envelops us, it is the awareness which contructs reality and not the other way around. So obviously, everything that we have and everything that we 'create' is going to simply be a reflection of what is already happening, in some form. The radio and the television were the early (recentl history) signs that we are waves of vibration, not just sending and recieving but actually made up of. The electromagnetic waves repetition getting faster when understanding increases since the attraction is to Truth and the repulsion is to Illusion, or maya. Think of it like a metal detector beeping as you get closer to the treasure your seeking. The internet however, is the connection that we can plug into or out from, but it's always there as long as it's maintained. The elements are always here because of the awareness maintaining their existance via dreaming (for lack of a better word of course). The Cosmic Dream called Existance is what our dreams are woven into and out of, which I think is also obvious when you realize that your dreams can be affected by the outside world, no matter the distance, and play themselves out on the screen of your mind during sleep. There is a constant bombardment which we have developed sensitivty to, but on the whole, God is something we can never understand. Her operations are far too simple

yeah its rather stunning how relevant psychedelia is to scientific progress. from microdosing to the transcendent oneness with god, lsd shows that the soul and science are coexistent and interdependent. I think sectarian folks are so resistant to science because what they think of as the human spirit is actually regurgitated ancient prejudices. the same dumb dogma just passed down the line while rational people make scientific discoveries that tell a different story. if people who consider themselves religious would go for a state of transcendence independent of culture, family, identity, they would find that god and science are best friends.

i'm sure windows and the mac are a product of steve jobs' acid trips, the double helix structure of the dna molecule was conceived on an acid trip. there's others; the problem is that if a scientist says he got a certain idea from acid, ppl might not take him seriously.

do you guys have a preferred alternative name for "god?". my mind just always gets distracted by the sectarian connotations of the word god. I was pretty much agnostic before L, now i'm more enthusiastic about the idea of god, but its a whole different image than what my mind is used to producing when the term "god" is employed. i've used "universe", "oneness", "collective organism". nothing fits right. maybe the concept is beyond terms.

I usually refer to God as Her, Parvati, Mew, or the Big Light. She is both beyond terms and terms themselves Burny, it's all about sharing the feeling no matter how your words are received, were all in this big thing together

I would gladly continue with my "discoveries", but right now I am STILL tripping nicely and I know that there are much better ways to finish the trip than to type by computer. There is only one thing that I would like to point.
Some wise scientist said that the speed of light is not the biggest speed known to man, it is speed of thought. He claims that thought reaches its destination before it was even sent. I guess he also experimented "a bit" with acid, but that's not the point. If he is right, than my model of all of us connected in to one huge "network" can be also very possible. The thoughts just come to our mind, or we just borrow them from the "big database" instantly, acually before we know that we need that information, it already reaches us and we think that we are so smart. "I am so smart and I have an idea!!!" We are actually more like robots, programed, and no matter how much we resist, we can not make the decision purely on our own. The only choice we are given to choose is to like the set of decisions made for us, or to hate it. I am always trying to like it, thats the only thing I can actually do on my own....maybe?

 

Ive found through direct personal experience that what you just said Shapey is truth. Being out of control in any instance is painful, which can only be realized when the Big Man decides to call you out. The big "uh-oh".
Why do you think the expressions "The thought just dawned on me..." or "I was having trouble figuring it out but then it just came to me..." exist?

Thanks man, that means that eighter both of us are crazy, or this is not just some imaginary blabbing, because why would we, both of us come to the same conclusion. Being out of control used to be painful, now I know that there is really somebody looking after me, and I don't need any control, I can just enjoy the ride. Thats what the Big Man just confirmed to me, and he is still telling sooo much more, but I really can't concentrate on that now. Anyway, why is he telling all that shit to me, when he got the control, he needs to know that and drive me saftely

I came to the realization during a magic mushroom trip, as I walked I kept watching time unfold fast, then reverse, and then resume play and in my mind I knew what was about to happen constantly but I had no control over my body. I just kept replaying the scenes I had just watched. The rest of that trip was way too heavy (in the sense that I hope it never happens again, that serious!) like God REALLY ripped a hole in reality and sucked me in. But the realization that we are a program and in effect everything we program is a reflection of what we are, came at first very painfully (impossible to describe) but has now left my mind in a state of carefree health. I don't know why you guys go through all that pain, I had all those realisations on plenty of acid with the smile all around my head. But I agree with you - Fuck it, but with pleasure and joy!

 

To be honest, I dont know either Shapey. Im under the impression that magic mushrooms just hurt, plain and simple, because LSD has never caused me more than a brief moment of discomfort. But mushrooms dig into my nerve endings every time!
