I have read many hopeful and positive posts on many boards in many groups regarding our future, and the chance we might not face a serious meltdown. Jim Morrison was a pretty smart guy, " I'm going to get my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames." It has been a long time since we passed the point of no return....

Bio diesel would be fine if we had a sustainable supply of biomass, which we do not, it has been consumed at a rate far beyond sustainability for at least 20 years, and that is being real generous. We can not even level it off, let alone reverse it. We consume more every year. More forests were cut down in the last 50 years than in the last 150 years before that. The ocean where I live is operating on a 'skeletal' ecosystem, 5% of what it was just 150 years ago, according to a three year study by our top university.

It is going to get nasty before it gets better, I give us a .000001% chance of turning it around of our own choice. It will turn around all right, but not at a time of our choosing..... Love may be the key to unite the planet and pull off the greatest miracle of all time, and I believe in miracles, but this one would surprise me, as the hour is fast approaching, and we are oblivious as babies to the signs that Chief Seattle saw ONE HUNDRED SIXTY years ago.

 

Vote for the lesser evil I say! Or how about this - try to get Clinton back...or make him vice-president (or would that be president of vice?)...love the man...god, anyone who has oral sex in their office is my kinda guy. And anyone who has smoked a joint, inhale or no, has at least had a life.

It's getting pretty sad otherwise. I saw an article on people doing "random acts of kindness" to strangers in the street, and nobody trusted them enough to accept their help. We have been busy raising our kids and trying to do what little we can, but it has not been enough. The people we need to fight are the greedy - and greed and selfishness are enormous motivating forces. Money and power brokers run the politicians and we are the pawns in the game. They factor in our lives and our deaths. Don't get me wrong. I know how bad it is. I know how bad it can get. But for fuck's sake. If we don't do anything to change things now, someone may as well blow the planet apart. One action at a time. One day at a time. Every day do ONE thing to make the world a better place. Pass it on. Our Mother Earth needs every one of us on the job. How about we start to share our favorite internet activism sites. Even if all we do is sit at the computer and click, or email...it is something.

has anyone ever heard of a write in candidate? perfectly legal and they HAVE to let you do it. you can go in there and write in any name you want.

why the hell don't we try to get a write in campaign going this year? still plenty of time. the election won't be decided until nov 3. and i predict that there'll still be a whole lot of fallout in that time.

nope. i don't think bush will win. i know what the polls say, i can see how it looks, but i just don't think he's gonna win it. they still haven't dropped the bomb from the 2000 election yet. not only did bush not win but they got caught red handed committing voter fraud. greg palast from the bbc did an incredible story about the whole thing.

of course our own media, aside from fox which may as well change there name to the bush network, was scared to say anything for fear of getting some american military grade anthrax. think it was a coincidence that the media was getting that shit? that they killed that enquirer reporter? yeah.

and did anyone on the face of this earth benefit from 9/11 as much as the bush regime? no. even if bin laden was in on it at some level, he was no more than a patsy for a much nastier group of people. people who want to keep this world in constant turmoil.

I'm in Australia and the little prick we have that calls himself a Prime Minister has screwed us over for the last nine years and now is trying to buy our votes ($6 BIllion worth!). The thing that worries me the most is that the small minded selfish and greedy little people will vote him back in and let him conveniently pull back on all his promises like he's done every election previously. There is a whole website devoted to the lies he has told (and got away with) over the years.
If Bush gets in, if Howard gets in here, shit...I hope there are a couple of bullets somewhere with their names on (er, not a very good pacifist after all)...

Om.. I have mentioned this before in another site.. it's possible..if we did do a colective chanelling we could change the frequency and redirect thought in to matter.. but would that be controling someones free will..that where I have a problem.. altering free will.. it could trun around on us if it's not done right..that's borderlining black majick.. but then again.. it would be for the good of all.. even dubya.. we can hold no annimosity towards anyone or anything..and it would have to be done with an open heart full of love..

ok. let's say we could come up with votes to show a serious flaw with the two party system. this would essentially set us up for badly needed pressure that we could assert over the next four years. even, cosmic forces forbid, if bush does get back in.... if we could get a third party with ten million or more votes, we've forced them to come back from the extreme right that this country has surrendered to.

and fyi. you all may not realize your own power. all of your positive thoughts and "prayers" have been heard. enuf conciousness starts to bend reality. hurricanes four years after their heinous acts? coincidence? i don't think so for a sec.

I know just where you're coming from. We can't harm or change free will, without wearing the consequences.
But sometimes I do wonder...if you saw someone about to drown a baby, and you rushed in to stop them, you are interfering with their free will. If you were sitting in the plane next to the guy who dropped the bomb on Hiroshima, would you have stopped him (interfering with his free will)? I have to say yes, I would on both counts. Sometimes you have to take actions to protect and defend.
Anyway...as long as we don't decide that we know for sure what is the highest good for humanity before we even start, we should be able to come up with a collective channeling that will be effective. How long do we have to come up with something?

 

it's revelations comming to an end.. all of revelation has come to pass.. the Beast (dubya)riding the Whore's (the church) back..the floods, disease and famine.. the pestalence.. the chairot from the sky..the great war in the middle east.. it has all come to pass.. now what.. the end of the world..Star Wars..the search for a new planet to occupy.. the return of the Anuannki.. that's all that's left is the return of the king..I think it's out of our hands and a higher power will kick in..if revelations are correct that is..
