Is he playing with me? Does he like me? HELP!

Hi all,

I met this guy over a month ago, I still remember the first time I saw him at the party. He's the type of guy I always feel immediately attracted to. We hit it off right away. We would laugh at the same stupid things, and we exchanged phone numbers at the end of the night. It looked like the beginning of a good friendship.

Since that night, we've been going out sporadically and we've been flirting like crazy each time we see each other. We get very touchy... our legs touch every time we sit down together for a beer, we're always hugging each other, grabbing each other's ass! I mean, we all know how we, the gays, like to flirt on a constant basis with each other. But I could tell there was something more going on. The flirting has continued for weeks, and we even kissed on our lips a few days ago. We were drunk, and at the end of the night we hugged and kisses each other in a way friends don't usually do. We didn't make out, but we kissed. He even grabbed my crotch before leaving.

Last week we were at a bar and we started to socialize with other people. He ended up talking to some guy, and I did the same with some other people. So, later that night, he and the other guy disappeared for 10 minutes. Then he came back and told me the two of them were leaving together, and asked me if that was okay with me. I didn't feel too bad, I have to say, since we were "friends" only. We had been flirting, but there was nothing official between the two of us. I said sure, I have no problem, and we said goodbye by kissing each other on our lips and hugging.

So, when things are this complicated I wonder if it's worth going on. I truly think we're both too smart to be playing these silly games. We're friends only, and that's fine... who knows.

 

Stop calling/texting him. Wait for him to contact you and then do it on your own time. If he isn't interested then I would just give up on any sort of relationship.

 

Tell him. He's likely just as confused as you are.
