Coolest thing you've ever done in your life?

So what was it?

Mine definitely was last November: riding on a tall ship, spending the night on the smallest of the Channel Islands, and then snorkeling with a hundred or so sea lions. Seriously was one of the coolest things I've ever done...

 

i could never pick one thing; i've done a lot of really cool things...

i guess up there would be the week of truly primitive camping (basically we had a tent, sleeping bags, an absurd amount of alcohol, and nothing else), and that time i had sex...

 

i've done many many damn cool things but the coollest thing i ever done i havent done yet

 

Cant pick one, but a few spring to mind
-jumping on the back of a moving ferry (wanted to be james bond)
-Putting a road cone on a purple elephants tusk (ok it was a statue of an elephant but it was still dam big)
-went to a party and lay on the lawn sober and told myself I wouldnt move until I saw 3 shooting stars (i did lol)

 

Watching Fedor Emelianenko fight live and in person. I could literally see and feel his aura. It sent shivers down my spine

 

My last strong acid trip probably ranks up there with the coolest shit I've ever done. Great experience. I remember the exact date: it was 7/7/07 and I ate 7 white-on-white blotters and tripped out with my cousin, who also ate 7 blotters.....for his first trip. He handled it like a champ.

Aside from that, some of the shit I did in basic training was pretty cool. Throwing grenades and blowing shit up and shooting AT4 rocket launchers and firing the M249 and whatnot.

 

The coolest thing I've ever done is play a concert for a music club, just me in concert and I got to wear this beautiful dress, the most expensive dress I've ever owned (somewhere around $120). Wow. I'd love to do that again, it was so awesome. My piano teacher told me I'd be tired after because of the intensity, but I was so invigorated I could have done it again. It was short anyway, but still the coolest thing I've ever done.

 

^Ha, yeah that reminds me. The coolst thing I did was- I play bass in a death metal band, and we played at an arts awards evening in a concert hall (lol playing death metal in front of old people) The entire first 2 rows had their hands over their ears it was so loud, and at one point, a christian woman got down on her knees and prayed to God before rushing out haha

hm.. there was that time when me and my buddy found this bed with wheels, and we rode it across the highway while people in the nearby skyrises were cheering us on from their balconies..

my first shroom trip, full moon party, first time I got up on a surf board, first time I saw a shark while diving, winning a muay thai fight in a bar in Thailand, frontflipping off a bridge into shark infested waters, firing an M72 rocket launcher, firing a Browning .50 cal heavy machine gun, I suppose I could go on. hard to say what ranks #1, but all these would be up there in top 10-20.

 

yeah i've had some grand theft auto video game moments.

afraid to post them though.

I'd say that time I was swimming in the red sea beside all these dolphins.. sorta freaked me out though.

 

I've hiked about 6500 miles through 20 different states. I've seen so many cool things and have met so many cool people on these hikes, and have had many wonderful experiences.

For me traveling, making new friends, and seeing new sights are what life is all about. Doing this while hiking on foot and camping is the best way to go IMO.

My next big adventure is to walk across the country on the American Discovery Trail.

i'm gonna guess jumping off the bluff at my grandpas with in 1 minute from getting to the top.
i out showed a 23 years old who took like 10 minutes and started freaking out and then jumped

the coolest thing I have ever done in my life was live...

I don't know, what I consider cool other people always consider lame...

 

but isn't the thread about what you think is cool? I understand you have issues with the word and concept "cool" but give it your best shot, shroomie! you can do it! was it that time when we scraped all the wax out of eachothers ears and made scented candles?

 

I've driven a really nice Cadillac...and ridden on the back of a Harley...

I don't think anything else I've done would seem cool to anyone else...
