first time going to a nude hotsprings

Hi, my friend asked me to go to a nude hotsprings with her this weekend, and i've never been to one before, so i thought i would come on here and ask for some advice.

foremostly, i don't have any issues with hanging out naked, but i have a big scar from a surgery that i dunno if it will be horrifying for people to see... i'm going to assume i should just not worry about it?

secondly, are there any major do's or don'ts that i should know about in general for hotsprings?

and forgive me if this is a stupid question, but is it normal for people to get aroused at a hotsprings or is that uncouth and upsetting for others? i just imagine that hanging out with a beautiful woman i might get turned on, so i don't really know what i'm expected to do to avoid that.

i'm just kind of out of my element, so any suggestions or tips are most welcome
