my friend and i were both busted with bud and we were both high when we got caught it was in my friends bag and i had none on me we both got charged and come our court date i got 24 hours comm service 6 months probation license suspension and a $146 fine and substance abuse evaluation...what did my friend get $300 fine and suspension of license nothing else i was so fucking pissed because he basically just walked...
