i'm going through the same thing, i'll go a day or two w/no sleep then when i do sleep it's only for a few short hours, and when i wake up, no matter how sleepy i am, i can't sleep. Then i have to wait another day or so to fall alseep. *hugs* i feel your pain girl.

someone suggested meditation to me earlier today, I might consider it. There's also a pill called "melatonin", which is a natural supplement in your body that you lose as you get older and it helps your body sleep. SO by taking it, it revives that supplement in your body and helps you to sleep and when you wake up you dont feel groggy. I have taken it and it does work, my issue is. I dont like relying on a pill to help me sleep. *shruggs*. But definately try the melatonin, You can get it at walmart

This is very true however I would not suggest exercising before bed. I read it is best to exercise in the mornings.

Watch what your eating and drinking too before bed. Caffine can stay in your system for up to 6-8 hours. If I have any caffine after 4:00 in the after noon I can almost guaranty I will have trouble sleeping.

Try the teas and if you really need relief try that melotonin. I have heard excellent things about it.

Good luck. Tonight I wish you Sweet Dreams. :)

I agree I have so much trouble tryinh to sleep it's not funny. Im tired all the time too because of it, but as was said I don't wat to have to depend on a drug ever night to put me to sleep. *Sigh* I guess Im going to have to live with it or take drugs
