Since this is a "true confessions" board, I figured I gotta get something off my chest. I am a misogynist, or sexist, or whatever you want to call it. I hate women. Now I'm not saying I'm gay, I enjoy a good looking sexy girl as much as the next guy, but there's just a lot of things about women that just piss me off and that just make me think "Fuck them, who needs them?" Reasons: 1. I hate women that wear two piece bikinis to the beach, but then when a guy looks at her, she's like "what are you looking at? stop". I'm just thinking like, if you don't want guys to look, then why the hell are you dressed like that? 2. I hate it when women hit guys, but then when a guy hits her back, she gets offended by that. It's like, if you hit me, I should have every right to hit you back. It's called self-defense. 3. Control Freaks- I noticed this with a lot of couples I see- not ALL. but most. I notice that the woman is usually the "one in control". She thinks she can "control" him because she's got a set of tits that he wants- so that makes her superior to him. I just hate girls who have this mentality- it makes me sick. 4. I hate it when they get pissed off about little things. I hate it when they'll ask, "Does this outfit make me look fat?" And if you say yes, this will obviously piss her off. and if u say no, she'll say "Come on, be honest, does it?'. It's almost like a trap question, like whatever you say is going to set her off. 5. In divorce cases, how come it's usually the woman who gets awarded the kids and the man gets the "you get to see them every other weekend" card. I am yet to understand the double standard our society adopts when there is a female involved. Why should we accord them special status? How are they different from us? In public transports, I see people vacating their seats for a standing woman -- out of 'respect' for her. I still don't understand why men are not respected the same way. What if it is an old man or a young boy carrying a heavy bag? Would they be offered a seat with the same respect? When I see the injustice that prevails, I can't help but ask -- what have they done to deserve such special treatment? Why should people reserve respect for them at all times? Why should they be the ones who can do something to guys and get away with it, but when the reverse happens, the guy is hated and looked upon as uncivilized?
dude. you have the right to feel this way, but you're not sexist. get your words right. true. some women act the way you describe, but some men do too. I think what you basically pointed out in this paragraph is "why should i have to treat a woman specially?". I don't think that's sexist. Sexism is the idealism that men are superior to women. women should be equal to men.
There are some things in life that aren't worth understanding. The harder you try, the more you slip into insanity, anger, or confusion. Society is on the long list of these things.
when you stop thinking of women as something you can classify into "women," which is different from "men," then you can say that you think women and men are equal. as it is, your viewpoints definitely speak to the contrary. you ARE a sexist and misogynist, and you are downright offensive. that being said, this is true confessions, so i guess that's to be expected. do you feel better now, having said all these things? grow up, and learn to know women for who they are, not just for trying to hook up with them, and maybe you'll understand women a little better. and yes, i am a feminist who is against saying that men and women are the same. they are definitely different. they are equal in that they are human beings who deserve the same level of respect, regardless of gender. just as you can't classify every man as a macho, burly, physical, unemotional kinda guy, not nearly every woman behaves or thinks the ways that you described. you just make yourself seem really dumb with those assumptions.
I'd just like to say, that I'm a woman, and I'm 9 months pregnant, and people still dont' offer me a seat on the bus. But don't worry. They do give up their seats for the elderly.
Your first mistake is making generalizations. Not sure if you knew this but every person is different. You cannot generalize a whole group of people, especially a sex. But if you want to live closed minded and not getting laid, then great. Ass.

Meh, Your problem is you seem to be spending to much time trying to understand the opposite sex. Hunny, after 2000 year's, male's and female's still dont fully understand eachother. Instead of picking out every little thing you hate about "us" why not just sit back and secretly enjoy the 2 piece bikini? Giving up your seat for a women isnt a mark of respect (in most case's) but more of a conversation starter. Beside's, women have only just gained a satisfactory amount of status in western society, But lets face it, were not using it against you. I hate guys that use and abuse women and then have the excuse of saying "I'm a guy, thats what we do" But i dont come online and bitch about it. Nither do i steriotype the male as one being. Your reasons above are just generalizations, not all women act like that. Women are individuals too so if you're going to judge do it on the merits of that individual. For reason #2, I agree it is unfair but that stems up from chivalry and as long as chivalry is practiced men and women will not be treated equal. I feel the same way you do bro, men get the short end of the stick when it comes to kids. Hell in some states the men have to provide the women with lawyers if the guy wants sole custody. However it makes since, women do 99.9% of the work when it comes to making babies, so it only makes since that women get awarded more custody for doing most of the work. If you had a business partner and you did most of the work for the business shouldn't you get more ownership/benefit of that business?! Sorry for comparing a child to a business but i thought it was an easy way to make my point. C'mon dude "injustice"? Isn't that going a bit far. What is wrong with praising women? I like women and love ladies whats wrong with showing them appreciation for being just that. And shouldn't we respect everyone regardless of gender?! IMO i think so. I notice it, then again, I took a psychology course, the stuff he talks about does exist widely, then again, there's the other edge of the sword with men, which is just as bad. Want a real answer? Look at the thread, there's a bunch of evidence right in front of you.. This shit happens because people are stupid. No, we're not as smart as we think, people are guided more by instinct and culture than they think.. All of this crap is drilled so deep in to American society that most don't even really think about it, it's just the way we act, and the way we are... Most of us, anyway..
What I meant by equal was that men and women should have the same rights, and should both be treated fairly, exactly (or somewhat) what you are getting at here.

haha wow, today i just found out im a sexist. i have very little negative towards women, mostly all positive and great. turns out im wrong, youre equal to males ! Hey does that mean we should drop every single ethical action, say opening the door for you, giving you the seat or just in general putting you ahead? and this doesnt come from that man is better, its just manners in my oppinion, since the females play such important roles in our lives. and i mean look everywhere, females get lower pays, find it harder to get certain jobs, get periods and have to give birth. theyre USUALLY slightly weaker than man. but most of all FEMINITY. Im not saying all women are weak, but im not saying women are equal to man. imo one is a bulk and robust creature, the other more delicate and to be protected rather then left to fend for itself. Blurgh call me a sexist if you will, im much happier with feminity and masculinity, then equal.
I agree to a certain degree. Understand though, it isnt that women are "screwed up", being a woman is a complicated thing. I think women are taught to hate themselves and their nature. The spend there whole life trying to be something there not because its what society expects from them. Women are goddesses that have lost there way. on the other hand, this society glorifies womens stupid behaviors to the point where they are ALWAYS right and men are ALWAYS wrong, pigs, sluts etc etc. How can a woman ever grow when society tells her its a good thing to be a drama queen. Both sexes are misunderstood and its a shame because we can work so well together. Some day understanding will come. i was lucky to be raised by strong women (trumatised with me though) They taught me alot and now i do great with women. by the way we are not equal, we are equally different
