hey everyone.. i just wanted to say hello.. life here is strange, i havnt quite got used to it... the first two days were good, i got to know the kids and visa versa. they really are nice, but ive realised how little i know about anyone younger than me...its fasinating though...only children can have hours of fun with a bit of material.. they see things so differently and are so eager to find out new things...on the other side of things when the youngest doesnt get what she wants.. out come the crocodile tears...the onlz other bad thing here is that no one seems to be able to make a decent cup of tea! good job i brought my own tea bags... were moving house soon which will be good as ill get my own room, at the moment im sharing with three children, one of which snores.. yesterday it struck me that ill be here for six months... its a long time..but its an experience.. vienna is the most beautiful city. i havnt really explored it properly yet.. really want to see the hundertwasser house, but i have time. hey there me and fleassy were in vienna not long ago, tis a beautiful place! excuse my naivity but what is it you will be doing whilst your there for the next six months are you travelleing or on a work placement? fleassy is proberly better to speak to about places to visit as whilst i worked she explored, but we did get to some cool places. the lunar park is quite cool thats the one with the big wheel you see lit up on the nighttime horizon, there is a cool bar called first floor which has a strange parody of samuel l jacksons and john travolta's charicture from pulp fiction working behind the bar, ummm the parks there are very beautiful and have a wonderul romantic feeling to them (that may have been because of the company i was with) there is an awsome vegetarian and vegan resturaunt on the outer park ring road (cant think of the name though) the cathedral is awe inspiring, but full of tourist's there is a music hall which at 12 midday every day you can go along for free and listen to free music of various styles, and thats about all i can remeber. enjoy your time there (im sure you will) and have a slice of cake for me!! love peace and smiles jx

hey kat! man..i thought it was scary moving to leicetsre but vienna..thats so exciting! gald your settling in and that the kids arent too brattish...lay down the law girl! write when you get the chance and motivation and il send you some lovely post back... never allow yourself to get lonely..if you feel it kicking in surround yourself with people and also, seek to really enjoy and get a lot out of your own company...its atoughy but a ownderful thing to be able to do.. hehe just some random advice which is imporatnt to me suriving in the unknown at the mo much love to you dear love luchi x
