I think this is the right place to post this... Try the South Beach Diet. It is a sensible, healthy alternative to Atkins Diet. The Atkins Diet will work quickly, but it is gross and unhealthy.
find out how many calories your base metabolism consumes daily. Then eat 100 calories less than that. It's not more than a slice of bread. If you want to lose a bit faster, consume lesser than 100 cals. say 400 cals. less (daily) or do sports. Note: There is not losing weight in short time, you'd gain all you lost back again. Change your eating habit.
