Okay first of all, just because I'm using 'he', I don't necessarily want to limit this question just to girls having guys in their asses - responses from guys who have their girls do them are just as valid. Just read this with 'he' being the penetrator and 'she' being the penetrated.

    So my question is this:

After the initial adventure of having 'him' get into your ass, do you prefer that he hold still for a moment so you get used to the feeling, or do you prefer that he start moving in and out (slowly and gently) right away?

Me, I find that if he holds still at the beginning I start to get an unpleasant tingly-burny sensation that I don't get if he is moving in and out.

I'm curious if I'm alone, tell me your experiences. :)

I'm a guy, and I can't answer first hand, but I have had two chicks that have told me not to hold it in but to keep moving, if you just hold it in the anal muscle will contract around it, if you keep moving it will stay open better.

I prefer him to let me adjust to it a minute before he starts to fuck my ass. Im not new at anal or anything, but for some reason my asshole refuses to stretch enough to allow him to just go at it without spending much time just relaxing my muscles first. =/ Pity.

To me it's best when he gets in and slowly moves just the head in and about, not too deep at first! You gotta warm up first.
And as for getting in and sitting still, nah, beads can do that, haha.
