Any Hippies in Nj, Pa, or NY wanna plan a commune

Hi, we are a young couple and thinking of starting to plan to eventually try and get 5-20 acres more if with help. The premise of all this is freedom. We will try to build from the ground up with 100% sustainability as the goal (i know thats hard but i was born in a poor town in dominican republic with no water or electricity, i know whats entailed). This would be a great project and if we all vibe then we can move forward in trying to attain the new american dream.
