ok, ive been reading a few of your forums chats about smoking the dooby!!
i have a question for you, or maybe i just want you to say its ok??
ive not been smoking weed for that long, well 4 years socially, but over the last year i have to be honest and admit that i smoke on a daily basis. im gonna get personal now, this last year ive lost one of my best friend in a car accident, ive broken up from the love of my life, ive slipped a disc in my lower back where i had to be off work for a year, amongst other things. smoking the weed every day hasnt helped one bit , the drugs dont work man, but it did ease the days and make them seem a bit calmer and fuzzy.
its a nice drug that can take the edge off things.
    take care, stay safe,nikkixx

Was there a question there somewhere? If it was the cool or not cool title, I would say, not cool. It sounds like you need to talk to someone who can offer good advice or counselling, preferably in person. Depression may be a risk for you and depression should not be ignored. Whether for or against weed, it should not be used to avoid dealing with issues and should not be allowed to dominate your life.

ok, i just wouldnt go as far as to say i was depressed at all, i just have had to deal with alot of shit this last year, and the weed lets me sometimes feel nice and fuzzy and not stressed. living here in spain its normal to smoke, and legal to smoke in your own home and grow up to 3 plants for personal use.
maybe i should talk to someone, but i dont trust people very well and we dont have services like that here on this tiny island im living on.
time heals and thats what i am holding my hope on to, as for the weed smoking ,i grow all my own plants that have no chemical shit in them and do nothing that isnt legal!!!!
im just trying to smile again like i used to...thats all...

You do need someone to talk to. It doesn't have to be a professional. It does need to be someone with a brain and common sense. If not a professional, it would be good if that person had life experiences that would help them empathise and relate to you. Everyone needs someone they can open up to. Even a person with no issues will eventually have mental issues without that. Even when working with others on a job, a person can still suffer a form of solitude when deprived of companionship of some kind.

Dr. Norman Marcus trained under Dr. Hans Krause (cured Pres. Kennedy of back pain without surgery) says take 100 people off the street and 40 of them will show herniated disc without pain. The pain comes from trigger points in the muscles. Check out NMPI.com for more info. Look for a good masseur/masseuse or acupuncturist to deal with the pain. Chronic pain upsets the balance of chemicals in the brain, that alone can account for your present mood. Hang in there, we all care, you are not alone.~Peace

I don't know what you are asking, if it is is it cool to smoke pot, then the answer is no, cool is a state of mind, and smoking a joint will not give you that.

    Peace
