i'm new here..just wanting to say hello. i've read through a few threads on this board and i have to say i am very happy to have found this site. a little bit about myself: i'm a college student, i spin records as well as play guitar, and i fancy myself a bit of a writer. wow..it was kinda hard to think of three tiny things to say about myself. i just want to say lsd is very special to me..i can't speak for anyone else..but i feel it is a gift. so i'm gonna stick around for awhile and hopefully get to fitting right in. it's nice to meet you all! : )

I have relatives in mesa, az. the only time I've been there is in summer (???). you're right about the difficulty and futility of identifying yourself with a few hobbies. listening to others on these forums tells me that the ways we usually identify ourselves are important to us, but are always empty and limited. The only identity we can rely on is the all-inclusive all-identity of the oneness of human consciousness, or some other better choice of words...u know what i mean
