Assault Charges =l

Hey guys I need to know what you think will happen to me. So me and a friend (or so I thought) were messing around before school one day. An I took out a liter and sparked it and a lil of his hair caught on fire but went out real quick. Then he started pushing me and I pushed him back a few times each, but we were laughin durin this whole time so its not like we were pissed at each other. Then we get sent to office yada yada we get sent to class I get taken back someone snitched on me I got my liter taken away and 3-5 days iss the other guy my so called friend gets nothing. After school that day I talked to him and he even said that we were just jokin around to the principle and everything. But he went home that night and told his parents, so his parents go to the station and a cop talks to him and he presses charges. So now after school today a cop comes and tells me I'm bein charged with simple assault. So does anyone what you get charged with for this? I'm pretty pissed because I thought this dude was a bro of mine not some little bitch.

Oh and btw, I'm on probhation and house arrest right now and the cop said that could get pulled into this.

I was talking to my dad on the phone and he said it could become a racial thing maybe since the person I did it to was native and I'm white. To the flipside I asked him if was the opposite way with my hair being lit cud it be considered a racial thing and he said, no. This is one messed up world.

I got had an assault charge last year but i got the charges dropped. more than likely if you have a decent lawyer you should be able to pull it off. i never went to an actual court room. instead, i went to a juvenile hearing and it was settled by 25 hours community service. once i finished the community service, the charges were dropped.

that was for smashing someones teeth in, so this stupid shit should be fine lol

although, what are you on probation for? that might really fuck you dude...

 

I'm on probhation for weed related charges, than got two probhation violations and got sentenced to house arrest. I'm kind of freaked though because even though it wasnt a real serious charge or anything the judge told me next time I got in trouble I'd get sent away.

DAM, well shit hopefully not because the cop was saying I might not get charged much because me and the dude were laughin the whole time. Then I asked about what the judge said and he kind of didnt know after that =l . Well shit all I got say than dudes is choose your friends wisely you don't know who will sell you out.
