What Are You a Snob About?

me, too, CFF. i can't stand heavy, bland, overcooked food. so i do my american version of good food.

 

Hmm, what am I a snob about...well, probably books... lame, yes? Badass? of course..

 

Unlike the first poster, I'm not snobby about stupid teen comedies, anything starring will ferrel etc. The great thing about the films is that they are honestly and unashamedly immature and without class, and they don't attempt any illusions that they are otherwise.

Its films that truly attempt to be earnest and clever but just don't quite get there that piss me off...like anything by cameron crowe, or the spate of tacky arthouse films that followed american beauty and anything that uses hi-tech camera special effects that are likely to cause epeleptic fits. Give me slow moving, old fashioned shooting, where the action is provided by the actors, scenery, lighting etc.

Music, again anything that tries to be arty and original but isn't.

 

language, culinary skills.

 

I'm a snob about coffee, tea, and wine. I prefer others not to prepare my coffee or tea or pick out my glass of wine. It's never right! I can't handle it! :tongue:

 

I'm not really a snob about anything. Not even my passion - art.

Haha nope. I've only hugged three trees...all for photographs for shits and giggles.
