Looking for Kids in north nj 1&9 with sign (Traveling and Broke)

Hi, today i was heading down 1& 9 south from north bergen and in front of the home depot where some kids with a sign reading "Traveling and Broke". I wanted to stop and chat and offer a place to hang out for a while but i was heading to court at the moment and couldnt pull over. This was at 8 in the morning. I came back at around 10:30 and they were gone. If your on this board and still in the area, let me know and we can take it from there. delos124@gmail.com
