The last few times ive meditated, my eyes and my forehead tingle and throb, and my eyes feel like their rolling back of my head. Its happend other times, but just not as intense. I was just wondering if it has to do with opening my third eye or something else.

That sounds similar to what I've experienced. Try to focus on the spot between your eyebrows when you're meditating.

It may be a hundred things. But ignore it. The meditation trail is full of such little experiences that can so easily sidetrack us. Your effort must be to calm your mind and delve deeper within to see the very core of your being, the core of all life. Everything else... throbbing blood vessels, visions of light, energy shooting up the spine... etc etc are all just as scenery floating past your window as you drive to your destination.
