I don't think it does. That's a retrospecive interpretation. Satan (the Adversary) doesn't make his official entrance in the Bible until later, as a kind of special investigator-prosecutor in God's bureaucracy, working for Yaweh. Another good question. Where does the Bible say that Lucifer is Satan?
In Genesis Chapter 3 Adam and Eve are deceived by the serpent. Here is the Hebrew definition from Strong’s. serpent = Hebrew word # 5175: nachash (naw-khawsh'); a snake (from its hiss). From # 5172: nachash (naw-khash'); a primitive root; properly, to hiss, ie: whisper a (magic) spell; generally, to prognosticate: to practice divination, to divine, to observe signs, to learn by experience, to diligently observe, to practice fortune telling, to take as an omen. John identifies four of satans names in the Book of Revelation. Rev 12:9 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (KJV) It seems obvious to me who is being referenced.
Satan goes by many names of course. Do you disagree that it is satan being spoken of here in Isaiah? Isa 14:12-15 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High 15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. (KJV) And here Paul is writing about the same event, which is the anti-christ (satan) impersonating Messiah Jesus on The Temple Mount. II Th 2:3-4 3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. (KJV) Do you see the correlation of the two persons mentioned in the Isaiah Scripture and the 2nd Thessalonians Scripture? They are one and the same entity; it is satan as the antichrist.
