Alright, well things are starting to come together. Today I will be getting the soil ready in one of my grow sites. I've got a mixture of peat moss, organic compost, perlite, and vermiculite. Along with that I've acquired organic blood meal 12-0-0 and organic bone meal 2-14-0.

The fertilizer I've acquired is an organic one with a macro nutrient base of 3-3-6.
    Here are the instructions:

NEW PLANTINGS: One week after germination or immediately after transplantation of your seedlings, scatter 1kg of fertilizer over a 4.65m2 (50 ft2) area for approx. 30 - 40 seedlings.

GARDENS: Apply 2.27kg (5 lbs) of fert per 10.21m2 (110ft2) and mix into soil of your garden after initial growth of seedling has been established. Water thoroughly after application.

    My questions

    - If I will be having holes of roughly 3x3x3ft or so, how much fert should I use per hole?

    - My organic blood meal (12-0-0) says to use 5g per liter of soil. How much should I mix into my fert in a hole of 3x3x3? Sorry my math is horrible.

Rule of thumb, is start out at half of what bottle calls for. Babies need less than adult plants.
