    Just wanted to let you know, that the godfather of psychedelics, discoverer of LSD, psylocybin and many other psychoactive substances, has passed away at the age of 102 yesterday morning.

    I had the pleasure meeting him 2 years ago, shortly after his 100th birthday. It was a moment I will never forget!
    The world has lost a genius, who has given us much more than we will ever understand.

    We will never forget you, Albert!

    Yeah, was kinda surprised there weren't more threads about this, and like a lot of people, I kinda assumed he'd been dead for ages. I guess drugs ain't all bad.

    Me as well... I got a message on the day he died, and he seems to have lived a long and meaningful life... He has brought us closer to God!
