depends on the situation. but if so, then honey.
i remember i used to carry all my paraphanalia with me at all times during highschool. i didn't give a fuck. kept it all in my backpack. weed (large amounts), papes, all the norm, and alcohol sometimes too. like a micky of something.
one time during our 'honey-blunt' phase, i was caught with a thing of honey in my backpack. well, not so much caught.....it was more of the teacher noticing it when i grabbed something out of it. we started talking about it, and the teacher was convinced i had it for sexual reasons. lol. i didn't wanna say what it was really for, so i was like yup. also, i didn't want her to look in my backpack and find my weed.

oh, and no one has mentioned WHY to use honey.
it makes the blunt burn for longer.
like MUCH longer when done properly.

just beware of hot sizzling honey, dripping off the blunt.
it just takes the right amount of honey, and rotation of the actual joint itself while smoking.
also, let the honey really soak in for a while before smoking.
makes the biggest difference if you roll with a century sam. or whatever is the msot commonly found cigar in your area.

I've used honey before and that burns alot slower. The thing I wondered is that if your seeing it burn slower does that mean not having it on there your actually wasting weed.

You don't waste weed not using honey but in my case I really enjoy the process of smoking so the longer the sesh the better things are. Makes it so 2 - 3 blunts will go for the night rather than an hour.

if you roll it right, you can make a blunt smoke for an hour without honey. the sugar burns black and makes it harsh, not a fan myself.

I never put honey on my blunts, but when I buy flavoured blunts they're pretty sticky already so they won't burn fast. As for taste, honey really makes it even better, certainly with hash. Awhile ago we could buy honeyhash here, tasted so good  . I forgot to ask how they got the honey in it.. Perhaps the hash is just be dipped in the honey and then dried again?

when your rolling the blunt and you have the leaf unrolled you can either coat the leaf in a thin layer of honey or just put a thin line on the seam so it holds together better, i dont see how it would work in a bowl.

i've never heard of actually mixing honey with the actual weed itself. when i do honey blunts, i mean just putting a good coating on the outside of the blunt. (although i've seen people do inside of the blunt too)
this works best with an actual cigar. not those 'blunt wraps' you can buy. but dont' get me wrong, those are alright too, and the honey works on them as well.

first, you must know how to roll a proper blunt. i know everyone has their preferences, but IMHO, to roll a good honey blunt, it can't be too tight or too loose. (but more on the tight side)
make sure the weed is broken up well, to give you a good burn.
    roll your blunt.
after it's dried and ready to smoke, get your all natural honey and just give your blunt a nice thin coating. this will take trial and error.
you want to find a way to rest your blunt, while coated with honey, to let it set. some ppl just hold it and wave it around, some ppl blow on it, some ppl hang it up. what i find easiest...just get a paper clip and make a little stand out of it, with a point standing up. hard to explain i know.
basically make a spiral at the bottom, with a point sticking up, so that way you can stick your blunt on it, and the blunt stands up. either this, or using the little plastic thingies that come in the middle of your pizzas, seems to work best.
the whole reason to do this is so that the weed soaks into the cigar. the honey will never fully 'dry'. if anything it will just harden overtime. so dont' sit around waiting for it to fully dry.
that's basically it. just a blunt with a nice honey coating. beware of hot drippping honey though, if it's your first time. again, it does take some trial and error.
ALSO, i've found the way you toke on a honey blunt to make it last is a little different too.
you dont' wanna pull too hard or you'll get inconsistent burning. as long as no one tries to bogart it, and you all just gently pull and keep the joint itself rotating to keep it from dripping, you should be fine.
that's basically it. hope this helps.
    later.

I don't want to make the blunt burn longer, but I like the seal that honey gives, if I just lick the blunt it doesn't stick as well and the blunt comes apart when it gets down to a roach. I rolled the perfect blunt last night from a Strawberry-banana Royal Blunt rolling paper. I just used a little bit of honey on the seam to seal it, and I microwaved it for 10 sec to dry the honey. I also rolled up a little piece of paper and stuck it in 1 end as a filter. It worked really well, I got VERY fucking blazed off that blunt and I was able to smoke all the weed in it because of the little "filter".
