Lie down either on your back or stomach (see which feels better) and close your eyes, in darkness and silence. Take deep slow breaths. Think of something else.
Hey there, I used to get nausea all the time when tripping mushrooms, I found 2 ways guranteed to help. First way is VITAMIN C, either drink a large glass of orange juice before your trip, or pop a vitamin C pill and you will be good, don't get crazy, because this also is a method to stop your trip entirely. Pepto works also, and Rolaids are IDEAL, I love taking 2 Rolaids during my trip to put my stomach at ease. And just dont forget the usual, drink lots of water during your trip, and eat before hand, never take mushrooms on an empty stomach! PEACE
i dont know, i never get sick. i just make a ritz cracker/shroom sandwich and never have any problems with nausea which is kinda weird cause i usually puke so easily with alcohol, dxm, dramamine, etc. but i can imagine nausea while tripping sucks. probably best thing i would thinki would be to eat before hand.
Something that has always worked for me has been Dramamine about an hour before taking the shrooms. Experienced no nausea at all after doing this. I recommend it for higher than normal doses, which is when I take them.
Really. That is what I have taken when I decided to do above an eighth, but I guess it is just individual reaction to the drug. It's just a suggestion t hough. Any one else agree with Rylyc
I wouldn't fight it if it comes on more than 30 minutes after you eat them. Just go throw up, it's really not that bad and you feel better afterward. It seems to kick-start things, anyway.
I prefer to go natural and just smoke some pot to ease the nausea or any other stomach discomfort. Save it for the peak or the come down though.....because if you take it before or during the come up it will take the edge off in many people (unless you want that). And if you take it during the peak your trip will get even more intense and if you smoke it on the come down it will bring your peak back. Otherwise dramamine can work well as earlier posters have pointed out.
ginger is just as effective as gravol is for treating nausea and it doesnt make you drowsy like gravol does so you wont be sleepy in your trip
