Thought I'd ask the experts: Codeine-Paracetamol pills, 15-500. Never heard of paracetamol before, but I researched it and it sounds just like apap. Can anyone tell me how these compare to vicadin? I normally take a couple 5-500 vicadins and that works for pain and a decent afterglow. Would taking one 15-500 of these codeine-paracetamols be like getting the codeine from 3 of the vicadins I usually take? Also: How do the paracetamols work for you? Buzz-worthy? Is it different/similar to vicadin?
naw, from what i've read, you'll need to take 150mg+ of codeine to feel a nice buzz. some people told me 250+! my brother got 10 codeine 60mg pills, but the bastard didnt give me any. Though he hooked me up with mad tramadols =)
Paracetamol is acetaminophen, the same APAP that's in Vicodin. It's good for mild pain and fever but nothing else. And in high doses it'll fry your liver so you probably need to extract the codeine from your pills. 30mg of codeine is supposed to produce analgesia equivalent to 5mg of hydrocodone (one Vicodin pill). But if you take it recreationally then these numbers may not count for much. Also, even though similar they are different chemical compounds. You probably need about 200mg (I'm guessing you have some kind of opiate tolerance), but you should really do a CWE cause ingesting all the acetaminophen may land you in the ER.
Yeahhhh If you plan on taking them recreationally, CWE is the way to go. Try at least 120mg's your first time. More than 4,000mg of APAP is not good and you certainly shouldn't do it so you pretty much have to extract that shit.
I did about 180mg the first time I got really high off codeine. I'd recommend looking up the extraction also to avoid apap trauma. (actually, here): Water Extraction (don't use warm or hot water)
All great advice. Thanks. I didn't realize codeine was less potent than hydro, much less, so I'm not getting my money's worth. My hunch told me straight "codeine" might be more potent. Wishful thinking. Vics (everything, really) a little dry in these parts, so was looking for alternative. Thanks also for the CWE link.
Yeah, it's way less potent but produces a great high if you get up near the 200 mark. And btw if the CWE looks at all complicated, just remember that its not much of a struggle at all. You just have to make sure to filter it thouroughly. PM for any extra questions, and good luck.
