ok so my principal prints out a bunch of messages where i ask this girl whose 15 to buy vicodin off me. and i kind of said some innaprpriate stuff like she said i have no money an i said do u have other forms of payment. and then i confessed and said i bought them OUTSIDE of school what kind of shit can i expect to get into plz help ASAP

Im not sure about that, but one time I got arrested with an ounce of crippie outside of school, on a friday night, and the cops who arrested me went to my school that following monday and snitched on me, I got kicked out of my school for that.
i dont have any of the pills any more and if i was drug tested the only thing that would come up would be marijuana these messages are from like a month ago so the pills are long gone the last one i took was on 420 and that was 3 percocets

Well, from what I've gathered you either opened/viewed/sent the messages while logged into the schools network. Is this correct? That basicaly gives them jurisdiction in a sense since you used their network to communicate about drugs. Even if you just viewed the message or something, they still have the right to enforce the regulations they put in place for their network. Now if they just keylogged your password and then signed into your account themselves without your permission to go through your messages you might have a civil suit on your hands. They can view what you activly did on their network but if you just signed into myspace and didnt even view the messages and they just decided to sign in themselves and snoop around thats a definite invasion of privacy.
