well, make the story short and to the point, i was goin to school living in a aparmtent complex surrouned by mostly peers and old people, had a great closet grow goin for along time-no way to get caught. but after a couple months, i wanted a pit bull- there my favorite breed and i love them and always wanted one and since i was out on my own i got one. we werent allowed to have bully breeds in those apartments but he was a pupy and i had only 2 motnhs left on lease and i was leaving for sure for somthing cheaper. the week after i got bam bam(doggy) i gave my light, 1' tall plant, barely started budding, and fan to him. he lived in a different complex, and we transfered the crap at night athis request very quickly after the decision was made. 2 days later, yes 2 FUCKING days later 2 undercovers not on my door, and normaly i dont ever open the door out of paranoia.EVER. but i had taken 3 zanax yellow ribbons or w/e im not a pill popper at all, just got them for free so wth, i casually and happily walked to the door after waking from the couch picked up the pooch and opened the door, cant rem. saying they can come in or any thing, dont think i did, my gf who was there said i didnt but she was in the same condi. i was. they immediatly saw a blunt on the table half burnt, a grinder and a scale, went directly to my room-srait to the closet- saw a couple dried leaves or what not a rolled up mylar i hadnt thrown away yet. busted the friend blamed it all on me, which they beleived with out a doubt, not sure why, i got arrested without being read my rights-doubt it will matter, the cops are rednecks and will vouch for each other im sure, and got charged with felony manuf., felony pos.(they cut the lil plant and weighed it at a oz and a half), and felony for maintaing a dwelling where pot was being grown, and a misd. for 3 zanax left on the table. my gf got caught with a straw in her purse, in a case with white residue, misd. paraphanelia. i think my friend ratted me to get out of trouble, and he will have his time when my court shit is over with, but for now, im woried about me. since being caught, i have comp. quite smoking, passed a drug test, took drug assesment classes and completed them succesfully, saw a pyschiatrist at the request of my parents, and got a letter written from a high up guy in my church telling them im a good person. what do you think will happen to me? just curious
Depends. You have entered a new realm of felony. An attorney consultation should be considered. By seeing the blunt they had probable cause to enter. If it is your first time and considering the small amount you are most likely looking at a hefty fine and probation. Sucks my man I feel for you.
i got a lawyer who previously was the da and the judge for that town, and trains military blackhawk junk, so hopefully the huge amount hes charging will help me. i cant wait for this to be over with, i cant get a job and i cant smoke. lol it sucks. i hope your right tho man, probation would suck but better then prison time. o and with probation....would growing be a possibility or do they come and inspect your dwelling each time normally?

Awe you fucked up. You might have to do 90 days. Just plead not guilt the first couple times. Let it get down to the pre lims or somethin and offer a little jail time. the # is usually 90 days and you do 1/2 to 2/3 of that. So you will have a little time on your hands for a bit.
