I used to be really into dreams but lost site of it cause it started getting obsessive in a weird way. Anyway, I'm asking if anyone knows anything about evil presences in dreams. Like what do they mean?

Once I felt an evil presence and it was banging on my door just over 3 years ago. I couldn't for the life of me open it, so I ran upstairs and got on my knees, i was so terrified i became high lucid, and repeated over and over, this is just a dream and woke up. i think it was 'my' pain body,.. a negatively charged emotional component of 'my' self.
the painbody is a cut off emotional life energy that seeks to live like any other entity, not unlike a psychic parasite, according to Eckhart Tolle, spiritual teacher and author of the power of now and a new earth.
I had never had nightmares up until 'my' painbody was activated fully and I became aware of 'it'.
If you suspect it is not just a normal fear/ insecurity dream, then perhaps look into this more advanced spiritual phenomenom.

Dreams are an exit from the subconscious mind. The waking experience of the spirit, body and mind, expressed when the subconscious comes forward, unhindered by the ego.
The evil we see is our represention of fear that we feel during the day when ego reigns.
Or too much pizza before bed.

it is always better to face evil head on! sometimes one does need to keep evil at bay for a short time. i deal with evil almost all the time in my nightmares. i would rather know that i am dealing with evil then live in denial about evil. denial is a killer... it makes evil powerful!
