I sort of got in shit at work this week

I was a little intimidating to some of the residents. I knew I acted like an ass, but I'm not allowed to talk to them because they came forward in confidence. I can apologize in group meeting but am wondering if that might be ghey.

I feel like doing that. These women are in a bad place and I should have been aware of where they were coming from....and been more careful with their feelings BUT I could write them a song I could!

Maybe you should apologize to each of them personally - if they're not too many of course... but in a group could do as well... it's polite and they will be impressed.

It takes a real man to apologise. Of course you should.

 

Warm at least you recogonize it and admit it, some people can't even do that and would just place blame elsewhere... Just can just explain and/or apologize, no one is perfect all the time, it's just nice when people own up to their moods and know how they are acting...
