hey there people. i was wondering have you ever heard of something called apple cider vinegar?(lol i sound like an ad on tv) i was just wondering because i found this site http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/acvinegar.html that was telling me about the benifits of it and i started to use it like 3 weeks ago and i have to tell you my clothes are fitting me very loose and i feel great, and another great plus is that my acne has cleared up so much,its wonderful. i would like to hear from people who have used it before and how did it help you, or even those who just herd of it and never used it before, lets talk.
