Lighting? 18/6 or 24/24?

    i just started growing (this is my first time) and i started them outside they werent getting enough light so one i got them inside i put them on a 24/24 light cycle but i dont know if it is better to do a 18/6 and if i change it from 24/24 to 18/6 will it fuck with the plant so to say thanks reply asap

    naw as long as the plants have more than 12 hours of light a day it will stay in veg growth. You're fine. Veg stage doesn't need darkness periods

    ok so they were seeds and planted them outdoors and they were getting 12/12 now i have them under 24/24 they are doing fine or so i believe so should i change the light or leave as is?

    As long as they're healthy they're fine. I'm not one to say follow this exact path, if it works for you be happy, remember we're not trying to land a rocket on mars here:>D

    Be careful on this advice - some strains will flower with 14 - 16 hours of light.

    18 hours of light to be safe.

    When I did, I did straight 24, with lots of water, no dark periods, and a combination of blood and bone meal, and I could hear the plants rustling some nights. I didn't drop the photo period til flowering time, and then swapped it to 14 light 10 dark.
