There are so many politicians who are in office right now because of "special interest groups." The laws that are ratified are done so by easily-swayed members of Congress who wish to satisfy any and all whims of the corporations who basically "hired" them. It's a shame that this has gone on for so long but with all of our art, creative philosophical dialog, and determination, we can continue to slowly change this place until war seems as childish and foolish to the political community as a whole and amongst the population, as it does for a free-sprited dreamer like myself and many of you. Our music, arts, and writings have caused such blissful and advanced changes in the society. We somehow convinced Al Gore that it was a good idea to endorse a whole international movement against pollution. Ralph Nader successfully has made things safer. And many others are moving us further at a rapid yet universally-conscious rate.

All we need to do to allow the world to shift toward an awakened method of government and daily interaction and expecation, is to continue to explore what this sacred dance is that occurs when we hear certain profound music. The Grateful Dead, Phish, The String Cheese Incident and many other bands seem to have opened something up within us that is a natural part of who we all have evolved to be as human animals. This graceful music seems to go beyond emotions and reactions into the relm of something more spritual and universal-one and tolerant. The inborn desire for unity, for sharing food and resources, and for sheer bliss and giving become as obvious as the color of a flower or the taste of a lemon. What we need to do is simple...display this great state of mind, of pure behavior, and of conscious work at all times and be 100% true to yourself. Let's get together in numbers and protest every day if we have to as long as we gradually replace the old empire with the reign of new type of world where people feel wealthy even if they don't have much money. And of course where everyone on the planet can eat, drink pure water, have access to medical treatment, and have free clothing, utilities, and shelter. What would we do with our time if we didn't have to work so hard just to get by and pay basic bills? Perhaps we'd create art, advanced science, profound philosophical realizations--crime rates would plumet, and people could truly be free. People in Ghana would have the same access to food, water, and objects as they do in the United States or Europe. Even in the most remote areas, we all would agree to always give them water, in all cases, every time--to always transport food even to the most distant places. If tribal peoples ever need food or medical treatment, they can have it too. If excessively wealthy business owners need those things, they would also have the same access. If anyone were to choose to live in luxury they could but if they don't wish to work hard to acheive it then they could have other luxurious yet less extravogant accomodations and provisions. Let's all just make this agreement and then everything other aspect of life will be much more satisfying and honest.

Keep going to festivals! Learn to drum in drum circles! It's just a matter of time before we all begin to wake up to the dance of infinity and the diamonds in each footstep. When we are free to explore our free time and our talents, we will truly flourish as a species. War is always insane in every situation. Those who seek to abolish it must ban together and communicate in order to stop this madness from continuing. If a creative painter joins the military then if they are killed in action a beautiful primate who once creatively painted is murdered unnecessarily. Each soldier is not a soldier in actuality, they are taking part in a performance expressed as someone else's label of who they are supposed to be protraying and how they should behave. If you remove their ranks, and their uniforms, and their guns, then they are all just standing on a beautiful hillside with the beautiful sun blaring in their faces as brothers and sisters. What would they do if they all suddenly had Amnesia and were standing there facing each other?

Who can help me think of some solutions to some of the problems I've addressed by using art, music, film, writing, protests, or speeches, or lectures to remove the power of the special interest groups, large corporations, wealthy individuals, and other destructive, ignorant people who have influence over the events in the lives of others?
