Wasn't Nugent the one who wrote 'Who Do They Think They Are' as a protest to Iran shortly after the hostage crisis in 1979?

The U.S. had a dictator installed in Iran for only a decade or two. Why would Iran be upset about that? I'm sure Nugent wouldn't be upset if Iran had someone in Nugent's Texan town dictating his behavior.
