Penalties For Selling Benzo's?

any stories and sentancing of people convicted of large amounts of benzos,,,selling,posesing,intent to sell??? include sentancing and what u got charged with and pleaded guilty to,,,and how do they prove intent to sell with pills, is having a 100 enough to prove intent to sell?

 

FYI: Looking up the sentence for a crime before doing so adds another great charge if busted; conspiracy. I had a friend it happened to. It was bank fraud in the now incarcerated friends case case.

All Schedule 4 drugs sentencing.

First Offense: Not more than 3 years. Fine not more than $250,000 if an individual, $1 million if not an individual.

Second Offense: Not more than 6 yrs. Fine not more than $500,000 if an individual, $2 million if not an individual.

Some guy I know back in Orlando got set up by some pussy ass kid who didnt want to do a petty couple of weeks over some xtc and snitched.

He sold 250 xanax bars to an undercover! That really sucks. I was locked up with the kid and he told me he's facing trafficking charges and can be looking at 3-4 years. Though if he keeps fighting it, they'll lower his plea to 2-3 years if he's lucky. But chances are he's doing 3 years.

 

lol never thought of that, but thats only if their investigating u or something,,,like theyd have to get a warant for ur hard drive or tap ur internet(is that possible?),
but im not selling anything, i was just gonna order a relativley large order of benzos from an iop, and was nervous of getting charged with dealing or something if caught...but i realized 99% of people just get a customs seizure letter aka "love letter" and thats it...
