Recomendations for a trip to Jamaica

So i want to take a trip to Jamaica in the next year or two just because its practically the weed capital of the world. I was looking around at resorts and stuff, and was wondering if anyone who's been there has anything to say about where i should go/fly into

haha, i'm not worried about the pot part, i could just hop in a taxi and be like, you got ganja? and he'll be like JAHHH MAANNNN.

seriously it is. I suggest the ocho rios area I think it was called. Beautiful area right at the foot of some incredible mountain ranges. The view from those hills are amazing, oh yeah the bud is good too.

 

get a bowl when you go...my friend has a nice ass bowl she got for like $5 in jamaica

yeah, i'm not gonna bring any of my pieces over there from risk of getting caught, so i'm planning on finding a dank piece over there to 1) use while there and 2)take home as a souvenier

 

I wouldnt try to take home a bowl that has been used. Just roll joints whilst there and then bring home a clean piece; otherwise customs will more than likely confiscate it as paraphenalia. Not something you want.

 

I went about 5 years ago & had an amazing time. The rules on dope over there aren't as slack as you would think, so use your head a little. We actually bought some smoke at the baggage claim from an employee( could have gone wrong- but luckily it didn't) we went to the gift shop (ochos rios) & bought a blunt, and on our way to the room we found this really cool carved wooden pipe, so we smoked out of it all week, packed a bowl & left if for some other people to find. The scenary is beautiful & you'll never forget it.

 

If i were you, I'd try to find out the seasons there. Im not sure about Jamaica, but i know that alot of carribean islands have real rainy seasons where it might not be as enjoyable and flights could even be delayed or canceled. And you might not want to go during the hurricane season.... Just a suggestion. I hope you have a good time!
