Hi. I have been growing outdoors for two years and have had sucess. Now I would like to produce buds with some seeds, but not to much. Every time a male shows up I cut it off, cause I'm afraid it could make the female produce too much seeds and little buds. How can I produce nice buds WITH some seeds? I'm asking that cause is very hard to find good seeds in brazilian's street marijuana. Thank you very much.
What you have to do is to take a branch off of a male before the flowers open. You can set it in a glass of water, wait for it to open and very gently hold it above a small paper bag. Shake the pollen into it. Head out and slip that over a female branch and shake it. Carefully remove. Gently put bag into plastic bag and remove it from the area. Or consider pulling all but one male and trim that one to a branch and after it drops pollen pull it. <- risky though.
