Aww.. im at work.. but Im blazed outta my mind laying in bed surfing the boards.. hehe I love my job.
I own the company. And me and my employees (which are my close friends) all smoke together before work. I share my stuff. It keeps employees happy.
haha^ The Dick does that. he owns his own company and works out of his house. he tokes up with a few of his guys which are friends, has breakfast and gets to work. then has a few beers after work and they go home. Its awesome. Now, that Im around, we sometimes have dinner too. It does keep employees happy.
Usually the policy is, if one of us if having a bad day we take out the peace pipe (or bong or water pipe) and we go sit in the server room untill every one is at peace again. I have to say programming is great high. Seriously. Though the smoke cant be good for the servers....
When I open my guitar shop I am gonna have a room in the back for jamming and smoking. Well I am gonna only advertise the jamming. But the smoking will happen none the less.
