My friend used to have 0's and he took them out about a year and a half ago. His ears look a little goofy if you actually look at them. So my question is how big can you stretch your ear before you pass the point of the hole shrinking back down to normal looking?

for some people, it can range from 2-00, but the general "point of no return" is 0 I think. but Ive heard that few people can go from 1/2" back to like a 14...

the generally accepted point of no return is 4g or 2g. some people can go right up to 1/2" and have them shrink down pretty far, but some peoples ears hardly shrink at all. you can maximize your chances of total shrinking by stretching very slowly and waiting a long time in btw stretches. if you stretch too fast, using innapropriate jewellery, or other stupid shit, you will have a lot of built up scar tissue which will make it much more difficult to downsize.
