Hey, I once asked a question about a boat cruise in Europe and to my surprising got some great answers so here comes another one.

Does anyone have any knowledge about bus trips in Europe? To be exact...Tallinn(Estonia) - Riga(Latvia) - Köln(Germany). I'm wondering how safe is it to bring some weed along. I'm hoping there are some "local" people here that know how these things go down...everything else is just speculation.

Do they stop the busses at the borders at all? Or does it depend on the country? How big are the chances of getting the bus pulled over at a border and getting the bus + the people checked by dogs?

Yeah I'm gonna try to make it to Summerjam '08 this year and although it's a reggae festival with most of the people high all the time it'd still be awesome if it would be safe to bring some along.

    Thanks

I was in Europe last year, and we did all our travelling by bus and didnt get stopped or checked. There arent actual "border crossings" or checkpoints as we know it in North America between any EU countries; its more like crossing provincial lines. Its part of their freedom of people, goods and and capital mandate.

Yeah that's how I imagined it, but there has to be something random atleast...how else do those people somehow get caught on borders with their bulks and stuff
