3200's don't go much further than maybe 2.3ghz unless you watercool and raise the vcore to at least 2.0v Good luck and enjoy your new proc.

I'll keep that in mind. Im not going to push it to its limit though, I kind a need it to last a few years. liquid cooling is nice and quiet, and can keep the tempurature down better when I start tweeking it a bit. My mother board is soposed to be really picky with the ram when the 3200+ cpu is in it, so I may even have to underclock it at first.

I do know people have the the xp3200+ running stable at over 2.5MHz with the same board I have. But from what I've read they have pretty fancy cooling setups.

    Gigabyte 7N400 series boards

I had a watercooled Barton 2500+ with an Asus a7n8x-x and the results were very good. The Barton core has a lot of potential when you start raising the core voltage. If you decide to water cool I recommend www.dangerden.com but you're probably already aware of that site, it's quite popular.
