If you have a good diet and you shower and clean the area well it shouldn't be an issue. Of course there are exceptions to this sometimes. It's unfortunate but it's the chance one takes while engaging in anal sex. But if you follow the first instructions you should be fine and have no reason to worry.
If you even remotely suspect that you're going to get some action on any particular day or night, use an enema or two to make sure your insides are minty fresh. Also, using an herbal laxative the night before will move things along quite nicely.
