Is it possible that a man can have difficulties getting it up because he is overweight? And even when he gets hard, he has problems with keeping it that way. And yeah - it took ages for him to ejaculate. Your opinion? 10x

Anastazija - Not likely, unless the overweight guy has diabetes, which sometimes in severe cases can result in impotency.

So, any ideas what the problem might be? Maybe something with his psyche? And yeah, he was a virgin, not long time ago...:)

Yes, from what I understand, it can. Being overweight can cause multiple health issues. Sometimes it can affect circulation, and if circulation is affected, erections can be as well.

Sounds like he has "performance anxiety", a common problem, especially for guys who recently were virgins. Perhaps he is afraid of getting you pregnant, or worried that he will not get an erection, and guess what happens? To get an erection, nitric oxide has to be flashed from the brain to the penis, so that the capillaries in the shaft open and blood flows in. The flow has to be continuous, and if a bad thought enters his brain, the flow could be interrupted. Just have patience and understanding...
