Pavel, I'll also take the liberty to recommend Sparks to you. These guys are really fucking brilliant. Just download "Dick Around" and check out the lyrics to give you an idea. Really.
"Techno" and "Good" cannot go in the same sentence. Michael Jackson remixes... that sounds like a freakish E nightmare. I would never recommend The Mars Voltra though, never oh never never ever, I fucken hate The Mars Voltra. Their first album was semi-decent though.
Well, I've done E once.. But I didn't listen to those remixes then. Ah, good about Mars. I guess I misread that post of yours. But please check out that Sparks song, I'd like to know what you think..
Mongo Santamaria? Yeah, Mexican is pretty horrible too. Chattery. I don't like chattery. I like paced.
I can't download here, connection too damn slow, but I watched the youtube video, and well... the song is slightly anoyying. The message that the song convays is a tad overused and a little sappy. I watched another video of theirs, "I Married Myself", which was a much nicer song. Better concept, and a cleaner sound. They didn't sound like some indie fags who were trying way too hard to stand out.
Well, they've been doing their stuff and experimenting with different styles for 30+ years. And I'm seeing them live in a month! A TOP3 band.. live. In this elephant's anus of a country.
I'll download some of their stuff if the internet seems to be working well one night, and give them a try. It's awesome when a band that you like comes near you. I went to see one of my favourite reggae bands not long ago, and it was an amazing show.
Yeah, it should be an awesome experience. My favorite Sparks songs: Balls Dick Around Marry Me Don't leave me alone with her Here in Heaven Tryouts for the Human Race As I sit to play the organ at the Notre Dame Cathedral Talent is an asset Alabamy Right There's plenty more and there's very few I actually don't like.. But those are just incredible.
I'm pretty damn sure that I've heard "Here in Heaven" and "Marry Me" before. I used to hang out with plenty of British folk back in the day, and I'm pretty sure that one of them must have played some of them. But yeah, that's beyond the point. I shall try to download. My internet just disconnected twice while I was typing this though, so it's a long shot that I'll do it soon. Damn shitty internet, it teaches you patience, I guess.
