i got it from musicians friend $200...i just love the jimi sound...and ive never been able to figure out how to replicate it...

Actually, i think i have the jimi wah peddle, the big black one right. You should check out the digiRP100A too. Its a multi effects with almost endless combos.

I'm about three hours outside of Philly, I've been thinking about starting a band recently. Though so far I'm the only member, sounds good though.

I've been messing around with an old 80's synthesizer of my Step-Dads latley

but guitar is my main instrument

 

I've been trying to start one as well.
I play guitar, bass, a little piano, mandolin, I forget what else.
I have a friend who is awesome jazz bassist, electric and cello.
I have another friend who is genius on piano, a friend trying to buy a drumset, and I know a few bands in the area that are usually up for trying something new.
Only problem? Im a single father (well, I have a girlfriend but I mean I have my son half the week), no drivers liscence, and Im on state parole.

i had my first band practice in a year and a half yesterday...it was fun as hell

 

Yeah man that sucks, I dont think we could jam often enough to be in a band with you. I'm going to think of a Band name, and just start recording some funky shit. I'm not a pro yet at any instrument, but I can play a Bass, and a drum kit, and keys. I know more theory than anything else. If I lived closer Id definitley be down for jammin'

 

Yea it blows. I've had to put off most of my plans for a while, and I still have over 3 years left. Oh well, someday!
