Ok, the only slang terms that i understand and consider close to describing marijuana are bud and herb, cause thats what is is. but pot? how do you get pot ouuta a plant? dope?,its note "dope" dope just mkes it sound like kinda stupid hard drug, when somebody says dope i think of heroin or crac. weed? to me it just seems trashy to call it weed, weeds ar efuckin unwanted things that look shitty in your backyard. i could go on and on but if anybody would like to explain how the fuck we got these weird as terms for it tthat to me dnt even make sense.

Theres literally tons of slang terms. An they go on and on due to region specific terms and so on. I just say weed and thats pretty much they only one.
Among my close friends we call pot pancakes. And when you are stoned you are pancaked instead of baked. I have no idea how this came about but my guess is we were stoned and thought it was a clever idea at the time.
I usually call it weed... but sometimes i'll call if herbski, or herb i don't know why, but i like the word "herb"

i hate calling it marijuana, because thats the spanish slang term that was given to it by the buisness tycoons to make it sound forieng to help scare people. kind of funny that it's still called that by the government. that would be like if they made a bill called "The booze tax" for alcohol. i like to call it cannabis, the proper term. although sometimes i will use weed, but agree with whoever said that the term weed makes you think of a trashy shitty worthless ugly plant, so i dont really like that term. it seems like the only people that call it pot is the media, DARE officers and school principales, and only grandparents say dope. i also like to call it mary jane.
