Is it possible to be a lesbian that's in love with a man? What are the implications for a woman who is involved with a man that she cares deeply for, but has intimate feelings for other women as well? What about if that said woman is only sexually attrached to women and carries on a sexual relationship with her man because of it is intensely emotionally gratifying? What if that woman would not date another man if her current relationship broke down, because he's the only man she's attracted to?
Think so, although then you'd be a bisexual that just didn't have any crushes on guys before.. This sounds like you're not sure who's 'The One' for you yet and that you're bisexual (at least when you are physically attracted to the guy as well).. or maybe you're not fit for a monogamous relationship and you'd prefer a more open one. Hm.. it kinda sounds like you're enjoying sex with both, only the sex with women is physically better. Maybe you (I'm asuming said woman is you) should explore the physical side of the sexlife with your man more.. maybe go on a tantra or kama sutra course or whatever.. make'm satisfy you more than just emotionally. Well.. "never say never".. how do you know so sure that you will never encounter a guy that you are attracked to again? Be honest.. you can't, can you? I know I've been saying over and over "I'll never love anyone as much as I love this guy" after my heart was broken or something.. yeah right, along came another great person My guess is that you always thought you were lesbian because you just didn't meet the right guys (maybe you are more picky when it comes to guys or maybe you are attracked to a certain quality in people that is easier to find in girls).. but that you're really a bisexual lady that's just a bit confused about the whole situation. Maybe you should post this in the gay forum as well.. maybe some people have had the same experience as you. Hm.. bit of a long story.. hope I was of any help.. good luck with it and don't drive yourself crazy sweety! *hug*
Most guys would probably be ok having an open relationship with a lesbian. I guess we're just smashing people or something.
Just like everything else in life, nothing is "always" and "certain." Just because you enjoy the females doesn't mean that you can't enjoy men as well. It's free will! I say that as long as you are happy, what else matters. Aslo, I'm sure that you two could have an awesome time just sitting at a park checking out chicks together. It's always good to have more in common.
I kinda like to think that there aren't too many definites in regards to sexuality. For each person, it's bound to change over time. Some people become a little more reserved, some get a little freakier. I can think of a couple things I used to find gross that I now really enjoy. Besides, love and sexuality don't necessarily have to be about sex. The way you describe this guy does lead me to believe that you do have bisexual tendencies. There's nothing wrong with that. Reverse sexuality? Well, if you suddenly become asexual, I guess that would be reverse sexuality. Just go with the flow. If it fees right to you, then do it. If it doesn't, then don't. Don't rely on the label of 'lesbian' to define you or your sexuality. It's different for each individual, so it's not fair to compare yourself to any specific group. Only YOU can define your own sexuality. And even then, does it really need to be defined? Once in a while, it can be a wise idea NOT to question certain things. Just let it happen and accept it, if it's something you find to be right for YOU.
funny. I had thought of that movie while responding, but didn't have enough info about her particular situation to know whether or not to recommend it.
i would COMPLETELY agree with all of this...but u can't ever b on kind of sexuality and then suddenly b another, i mean, ur sexuality is chemical, so it cant change. what CAN change is what u REALISE u are...i mean, u may go on thinking that ur a lesbian, and then REALISE that u arnt, that could b accurate...in this case id have to say ur prolly bisexual, so go on and enjoy the best of both worlds! (by the way...im looking forward to u explaining all of this lol)
