Anthony and the Johnsons

    Does anyone here love Anthony and the Johnsons as much as I do? They have a new album out this year called 'The Crying Light.' I can't wait.

    They also do a song for the I'm Not There soundtrack: "Knockin on Heaven's Door."


    His voice does remind me of Devendra Banhart a bit, so it's no surprise to me that Devendra Banhart listed Antony and the Johnsons as one of his friends / bands he supports on his website.

    Or at least he did a few years ago. Haven't seen it in some time

    I like them. Hooray for a new album! When is it coming out?

    Does anybody have any thoughts on Antony's involvement with Hercules & Love Affair? I only know of one song that he sang for it, and it's lovely.
