I got a gram of 7x and smoked it in a pipe with some of my friends. We rolled alot of it into blunts variously throughout the night.

I took a hit out of a pipe and then another. I held it in for as long as I could. The effects kicked in and I felt like I was shedding my skin. Then I felt as if I had water all over me.

I remember spazzing out, falling backwards, and feeling as if I was being pulled in different directions. I laughed my ass off when I first exhaled. Things felt slow as well.

It was odd. I still have a bowl of it left.

This is why salvia will soon be illegal nationwide.

Could you explain further why my experience on it is what's making it illegal or shut the fuck up.

I didn't go into it wanting to just get fucked up. I wanted one of those "spiritual" trips some people get on salvia but I didn't.

    cracker531,

I think the problem is one of age. Although you're obviously no toddler, your age defines you as a pre-adult - a child. Too young to vote, drink alcohol, serve in the military, etc, etc, in your country.

The idea of children using powerful psychoactive drugs causes many adults to feel very, very uncomfortable (as a father, I myself can relate to this - admittedly sometimes exaggerated - fear).

I know that age limits can seem arbitrary, particularly to those on the underside of the cusp, but I think they need to exist. If 17 is not too young, is 16? 15? 14? 13? 12? 11? 10? I think that most adolescents would answer with an age younger than their own (I know I certainly would have throughout my teens).

Eh everything you said is very true, but i dont see age as being a huge problem, at 17 he is 1 year away from being an adult, not to mension most kids who have done drugs have tried them way before 17...

Oh and if you need more salvia let me no...

I don't think age defines one's maturity only themselves.

Honda, if I wanted more salvia I'd go to a headshop but thanks for the offer.

Salvia effects everyone differently age plays a small role less than 5% but other factors such as weight, tolerances, mental capacity, metabolism all are major areas that increase or decrease effectiveness. Although I don't mind sharing opinions I do take into concern that you are 17, to preserve your right to salvia I thinkyou should wait until you are 18 to continue experimenting with Sally. This is to keep salvia legal and to keep your record clean from facist lawmakers. Be safe brother.

I understand how you feel. There was a time in my life when I could relate 100%.

Honda says "at 17 he is 1 year away from being an adult", and cracker adds, "I don't think age defines one's maturity only themselves".

I'll use the same argument I made in my initial post to further present my point.

At age 16, would you say that "he is only two years away from being an adult" or would two years seem too significant? What about one and a half years? Or sixteen months?

As for cracker's argument (which certainly holds some truth), he seems to be saying that every individual matures at a more or less unique rate. If I'd asked him, would he have responded, at age twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, and sixteen, with "Yes, I AM too young. Some people at my age have matured enough, but I'm not quite there yet."?

Would any adolescent, at any age, answer this way?

Was it on your seventeenth birthday that you decided you were old enough to experiment with psychoactive chemicals, or is it kind of silly to even consider such a possibility?

I think that as soon as a child is old enough to even think to refer to/consider themself an adult, he/she does. Personally, I believe I started in at around twelve or thirteen with "I'm not a kid anymore!" It's not always easy to admit that one is mistaken, but I definitely was then.

    With much respect,
    Aldousage

P.S: Like Kalizhada with his response, I promise my intentions are positive - I don't mean to insult anyone. Age can be a strangely touchy subject.

headshops are really pricy for salvia. mine is 30$/gram 20X

ps: offer thanks to the lady of the plant before you smoke it (no bullshit-youll quickly learn she controls your trip)

also use a bong, easier to hold in the smoke
