I'd say you don't have much to worry about unless your dog's been having sex with other humans. Especially if you don't have any discharge, itching, rash, or pustule sores. If it very much concerns you, then go get anonymously tested at the free clinic, (depending on your age, and location, your parents don't have to know) and the doctors there have pretty much heard it all.

But to my knowledge, unless your dog was having sex with an 'at risk' human within 48 hours of trying to mount you, there's very little to worry about. The worst you would likely get (if his equipment's filthy) would be a yeast infection. So any odd discharge, itching, rashes, etc, should be checked out.

 

tell them you have a really heavy period, have them take you to the gyno, when you mom steps away, ask the doctor about it. they cant tell your mom, even if youre a minor I believe.

 

But it would still be embarassing.
